Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book a job with Commercial Rubbish Removal Sydney. Booking a job, in person or over the phone, means you accept them. If something here does not suit your job, tell us before we start and we will sort it out.
Quotes
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices. The price for your job is the one we give you onsite, once we have seen the load and the access. That quote is free, there is no call-out fee and you are under no obligation to accept it.
A quote holds for 14 days. If the load grows between the quote and the job, or we find material we were not told about, we will re-quote before we load anything.
What we take, and what we cannot
We take general household and commercial waste, furniture, whitegoods and appliances, e-waste, green waste, scrap metal and renovation waste.
We cannot take asbestos, hazardous chemicals, paint tins with liquid paint in them, gas bottles, fuels, medical or clinical waste, or anything that needs a licensed hazardous handler. If we find any of it in the load we will leave it and point you to someone who can take it.
Access, parking and property
You are responsible for telling us about stairs, lifts, narrow driveways, gates, permits and parking restrictions before the job. If the crew arrives and cannot get to the load or park legally, we may have to re-book and re-quote.
We take care in your home and on your property, and we sweep up after ourselves. You need to have the authority to have the items removed: by booking, you confirm the items are yours to dispose of or that you have the owner’s permission.
Once it is on the truck
Everything we load is taken for sorting, recycling or lawful disposal. Once a load leaves your property we cannot get an item back, so check the pile before we start. Anything you want kept must be clearly separated or told to the crew beforehand.
Cancelling or changing a booking
Call 0480 006 944 as early as you can and we will move the booking at no charge. If the crew has already travelled to site and the job is cancelled on arrival, we may charge a call-out to cover the trip.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed something else in writing. Commercial and strata work can be invoiced on account with a tax invoice supplied.
Liability
We carry insurance and we work carefully, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, for wear that comes of moving heavy items through tight spaces we were warned about, or for loss you could not reasonably have expected.
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we can limit our liability, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

The content, artwork and photography on this site belong to us. Prices, availability and service areas can change without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
